Registration is open for the two shows, which will take place November 3-6, 2013 and bring together more than 800 food and beverage industry exhibitors and 15,000 industry professionals Attendees, which come from engineering, operations, production, maintenance, plant management, R&D and corporate management, will have unlimited access to both show floors and both educational programs located in the North and South Halls of McCormick Place.

IDFA (Washington, D.C.) represents the nation's dairy manufacturing and marketing industries with a membership of 550 companies. The FPSA (McLean, Va.) is a global trade association serving suppliers in the food and beverage industries.  FPSA members are organized in vertical industry councils that focus on industry sectors, including Bakery, Beverage, Dairy, Prepared Foods and Meat sectors. 2011 was a record-setting year for Process Expo, which came in first in a survey of the Top 25 Fast-Growth Shows.
