The AIS 12.1" HMI user interface panel features a industry-optimized design including a low power consumption, fanless Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz Processor, dual gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000), dual USB 2.0 and serial (isolated 2 x RS232 and 2 x RS485) interfaces, and touch screen operation. Housing the system is a durable yet lightweight plastic & steel housing, designed to NEMA 1/12/4 sealing standards on the front side, meeting high levels of dust, dirt, grease, shock, vibration and moisture resistance. The systems accept a wide voltage range input of 9-33V, making integration and deployment simple. These features allow OEM packaging, processing machines and equipment builders to increase competitiveness, improve overall system reliability, reduced maintenance and save installation cost.

AIS´ 4 channel isolated digital input and 4 channel relay output data acquisition module (ALL-7060D) is intelligently designed to provide signal conditioning, system monitoring, and safe value settings. AII-7060D is a cost-effective solution for a wide range of valuable industrial control signals and systems. There are plenty of library functions and demo programs are provided to let users develop programs easily under Windows, Linux and DOS operating systems. The communication interface is modbus protocol via RS-485. Users may mount the modules on a DIN rail, panel or wall. The I/O module comes with EZ data logger software to control and program the individual modules.
