AIS Releases a Military Rugged Display Line Meeting MIL-STD-810F Environmental Engineering Standards and DNV Classification for Army, Navy, Air Force, Military, Marine, and Coast Guard Applications

Irvine, CA – American Industrial Systems, Inc. (AIS) introduces a Rugged Military LCD Display Line featuring monitors for marine, vehicle, military servers, and field deployment applications. AIS' Rugged Vehicle Display, Marine Bridge Display, and Rugged Rack Mountable Display features shock and vibration resistant compliance up to MIL-810F Environmental Engineering standards. The displays are available in sizes ranging from 8.4" to 20.1" and are all touch-screen capable, converting the displays into HMI terminals. The ruggedized displays additionally feature, IP65 Water/Dustproof rating, Anti-corrosion coatings, Sunlight Readability Enhancements, and a variety of mounting options. These versatile displays are designed to reliability operate in harsh environments for military, marine, outdoor, and vehicle applications.

AIS’ Rugged Military Grade Displays are built using all metal construction including steel, and magnesium-aluminum composites to high performance and weight saving properties. Several touchscreen technologies are available including Resistive, Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW), Capacitive, and Infrared; enhancing the versatility of the ruggedized LCD display.
