AIS’ 12.1” ISOBUS-VT and virtual terminal is an entry-level ISO standard virtual terminal for use with a wide range of agricultural machinery. AIS’ IP67/NEMA 6 rated virtual hmi compute system is MIL-STD-810F complient specifically designed to operate under harsh vehicle vibrations, extreme temperatures, dust and water environments conditions most stuitable for heavy duty machinary, transport fleet management and marine applications.


AIS' VT12WTASR utilize industrial computer with HMI touch interface powered by Intel® Atom 1.6GHz processor and edge lighting technology to improve luminance and achieve high brightness up to 1000cd/m2 with contras ratio of 700:1. To accommodate intense sunlight VT12WTASR offers special AR technology to suppress surface reflection.

CAN-bus built-in

The VT12WTASR is equipped with CAN-bus interface already built in specifically designed for automotive application. CAN provides a connection medium designed specifically for automotive application.


However, cars are not the only application that utilize CAN connection. In some luxury yachts uses CAN connection to avoid heavy wiring. Automation control uses a higher layer protocol and is commonly known as CANopen to simplify control panel. Agriculture machinery, heavy duty construction vehicles and long range transportation vehicles utilize ISOBUS terminal to navigate and control equipment on board.
